The final stage of the Sovereign Engine installation is the transition from operational performance to Forensic Evidence. Buyers do not pay for claims of success; they pay for verified certainty.

Module 4: Forensic Verification utilises the Private LLM architecture to monitor, audit, and visualise the business’s independence. By deploying the Displacement Dashboard, the business provides a real-time telemetry suite that proves the founder has been successfully displaced and the asset is VDR Ready for a Tier-1 transaction.
 

Technical Specifications: The Verification Stack

The verification layer is executed through a clinical three-stage engineering sequence:
 

1. Zero-Latency VDR Readiness (The Forensic Librarian)

The Private LLM is deployed as a Forensic Librarian across the company’s Virtual Private Cloud (VPC). It indexes all SOPs, KPIs, legal contracts, and management accounts established in previous modules.

3. The Displacement Dashboard (Power BI Telemetry)

The Displacement Dashboard is the primary visual interface for the buyer. It synthesises data from the Private LLM and the M2 stress tests to provide an empirical Founder-Engagement Ratio.
 

The Function: Visualising the "Succession Depth." It tracks decision-making logs and operational milestones achieved during founder absences (The Digital Blackout Tests).
