2. Intellectual Property

The Strategic Helix logo, the "Engineering Your Optimal Exit" slogan, and all forensic diagnostic frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of Fractional Ops Ltd. You may not reproduce, "reverse-engineer," or distribute our proprietary "Tribal Knowledge" extraction methodologies without express written consent.
 

3. LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

3.1 Total Exclusion of Financial Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Fractional Ops Ltd excludes all liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising under or in connection with the use of our digital tools, assessment summaries, or consultancy services.

3.2 No Liability for Economic Loss: Fractional Ops Ltd shall have no financial liability to the Client for any direct or indirect financial loss, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, or any consequential loss resulting from the implementation of the Roadmap or the findings of the Optimal Exit Readiness Assessment.

3.3 Data and Implementation Disclaimer: The Client acknowledges that the services provided by Fractional Ops Ltd are diagnostic in nature. Fractional Ops Ltd accepts no financial liability for the accuracy of data provided by the Client or for the final valuation achieved during a third-party transaction.

3.4 Statutory Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, which cannot be excluded under English law.
 

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Your privacy is the bedrock of the AI Shield philosophy. We treat your contact details with the same forensic security we apply to a Virtual Data Room (VDR).

When you complete our "Exit Readiness" or "Contact" form, we collect:

We do not sell your "Strategic DNA" to third parties. We use your information solely to:

Conduct the initial Value Delta screening.

Coordinate the 150-minute Optimal Exit Readiness Assessment.

Send high-leverage operational insights (you may opt-out at any time).
 

3. Legal Basis (UK GDPR)

We process your data based on Consent when you fill in the form and Contractual Necessity (when we are preparing your assessment).
